A: No! While we do take pleasure in organising weddings, we have experience planning a variety of events. These range from cozy and intimate gatherings like bridal or baby showers to events with a moderate number of guests, such as birthdays, and even corporate and large-scale functions. You can find a comprehensive list of the types of events we handle on our website.

 

Q: How do you charge for services?

A: When pricing our Event Planning services, we take various factors into consideration . These factors is dependent on the location the time of year, the number of guests, the event location, services required,  the complexity of your event and your budget. We consider all of these elements before providing our cost or price to our clients.

 

Q:Do you plan destination weddings/events ? 

A: Yes, we specialise in organising destination weddings and have experience coordinating weddings both on the west coast of Africa and outside of the UK.

 

Q: What if there’s an emergency? Can we change the date or details without additional fees? 

A: We make every effort to accommodate changes, but clients may need to cover associated costs based on resource available.

 

Q: How much time do you need to plan?

A: We typically recommend a preparation timeframe of 6 months to our clients. Longer periods may be overwhelming, while shorter ones might not allow for adequate planning. We are flexible and can adapt to our clients' timelines.

 

Q: What’s your payment plan ? Can I pay in instalment ?

A: Certainly, we offer a payment plan. To secure your date, a non-refundable commitment fee is required within 7 days of signing the contract. Afterward, we'll agree on a payment plan with 2-3 instalments.

 

Q: Are there charges for initial consultation ?

A: No, Enquiring clients can book up-to 3 initial virtual consultation.
